The little astronaut theme is adorable in person, and the gray color looks even better than the photos. My daughter giggles every time she puts them on and pretends to blast off around the living room.

My son refuses to take these off, even at the dinner table, and the grey color hides every trace of jam and dirt from a day of space missions. They’ve held up perfectly through a month of daily zooming around the living room, and the sole is grippy enough that he can stop on a dime mid-launch.

I was worried the astronaut design would be all novelty and no function, but the gray fabric is really sturdy and easy to wipe clean, which matters when you have two kids. The whole space theme gets them excited to put shoes on at the door, which is a small win I wasn't expecting.
